What the Japanese pass for reasearch is laughable - the Japanese have only presented one highly questionable paper on their so-called research which incidentally only the most gullible would believe.
In defiance of the International Whaling Commision the Japanese actually issue their own 'research permits' to poach whales in the Antartic whale sanctuary.
