Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT adds two rising stars to the company's ranks.

Based out of the firm’s Beverly Hills North office, Jonathan Ahron and Samantha Feld have been named executive vice presidents of the firm’s Commercial Services Group. This office is ranked No. 1 as the top producing office in the United States for Coldwell Banker for the last 10 years.
One of the top performing brokers in the industry, Ahron has been responsible for more than $300 million in transactions in the past six years. Previously with Charles Dunn Co., he is a specialist in retail sales and leasing, focusing on luxury retail in Brentwood, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood and Larchmont Village. His achievements have received both national and regional industry recognition. Last year, Ahron was named a Commercial Property News Top Ten Hot Broker; and he was voted a Top Deal Maker by California Real Estate Journal.

e team with more than $200 million of industry transaction experience in the last five years. Previously with a Los Angeles-based property owner and development group, Feld was responsible for the leasing and acquisitions of the group’s portfolio. A graduate of UCLA, Feld also specializes in luxury retail tenant representation and has represented clients such as Alexander McQueen, Theory, Helmut Lang and Marc Jacobs.
