Pacific Dining Car Valentine's Weekend

From Thursday, February 10th through Tuesday, February 14th, 2012 the Pacific Dining Car will offer the following menu at both of its locations; 2700 Wilshire Blvd. in Santa Monica (where live music will also be offered on Friday and Saturday)and 1310 West 6th Street in downtown Los Angeles.
The Prix Fixe Valentine’s Meal 79.95 per person (Three Course Wine Flights is an additional $18.00 per person)
Diners can indulge in:
FIRST COURSE
Seafood Salad Lobster, Crab, Scallops, Shrimp and Mussels with Haricot Vert, Tomatoes, Belgium Endive Tossed with Fresh Herb Peppercorn Vinaigrette served with PIPER-SONOMA, Sonoma (Blanc de Blanc) 3-oz
MAIN COURSE
Choice of:
Medallions of Filet with a Mushroom Tarragon-Brandy Sauce served with Potato Gratin and Sautéed Spinach
or
Scottish Salmon Filet Pan Seared with a Red Wine Anchovy Butter Sauce served with Celery Root & Potato Puree and Pearl Onion served with DELOACH, Green Valley (Pinot Noir) 3-oz
DESSERT
Red Velvet Cake, served with GRAHM’s, Port (Six Grapes Reserve) 2-oz
