Anger Management Support Group

This group utilizes proven techniques and psychological understanding so you can learn to tame the experience of anger.
Assertiveness and Social Anxiety Support Group

This safe and encouraging group teaches you how to be more assertive, accept your sensitive nature and decrease social anxiety.
Domestic Violence and Anger Management Group

This group helps you to control your anger, build stronger relationships, problem solve and cope with conflicts, includes court/employer-ordered and self-referral.
Senior’s Support Group (Healthy Aging)

This group is for those in their mid 50s and above, facing the challenges of aging gracefully, while accepting the limitations and losses that come with age.
Stress Reduction Group

Through mindfulness and relaxation techniques, this group helps to reduce stress and anxiety.

These groups are designed for individuals struggling with drug and/or alcohol use. This is State licensed and approved for court mandated (Prop 36) individuals.
Effective Parenting

Join our parenting group to learn more about how to raise emotionally healthy children with higher self-esteem and self-confidence. In addition, this group provides parents with the skills necessary to communicate effectively, discipline with love and set boundaries for their children.
