A predominantly black congregation meeting in the Brentwood Youth House on Bundy was locked out of the facility after only three Sunday sessions. Pastor Jeanine Horowtz, who is African-American, says her church is facing racial discrimination. The YMCA says the church isn’t in compliance with its policy requiring attendees to sign a waiver.
