A locked bicycle to a pole or fence, is not adequate.
Keep your bicycle in your residence, or in your locked garage. Bicycles are being removed from Balconies, Carports, and Subterranean garages.
Vehicles continue to be broken into. Do not leave anything in your vehicle. Lock and set your vehicle alarm.
