The Expo Line, slated to go from Downtown all the way to the Sears Building on 4th Street near the Santa Monica Pier, is due to be completed in 2015.

He said he supported more help for homeless veterans on the VA property. Carmageddon showed what could be done when the citizens of Los Angeles pull together, he said.
