Insight LA and Against the Stream Present a Family Practice Day
Enjoy a day of Mindfulness Practice together with the family on Saturday, February 2, 2013 1:00pm - 5:00pm

Insight LA and Against the Stream will bring parents and their children ages seven - 11 for a Saturday of mindfulness practice.
Space will be made for parents to enjoy the stillness and peace of mindfulness meditation with InsightLA teachers Lisa Kring and Paloma Cain at their center, 1430 Olympic Blvd in Santa Monica, while their children participate in developmentally appropriate mindfulness practices at the nearby Against the Stream 1001a Colorado Avenue in Santa Monica with Against the Stream teacher, JoAnna Harper.
Toward the end of the afternoon, parents will join their children for continued mindful practices and enjoy opportunities to share, connect and find true community, while exploring relevant mindful themes in the domain of family experiences and interactions.
Cost is $35 per person. All are welcome so please don't let lack of funds discourage you. For those who can afford more and who can help cover those who are not able, we appreciate your generosity.
