Sinai Temple Presents an Unforgettable Music Presentation by Dr. Robert Greenberg

Dr. Robert Greenberg will make a musical presentation at Sinai Temple, 10400 Wilshire Blvd in Westwood on Wednesday, February 13, 2013 7:30pm

Greenberg is a world-famous teacher, composer, and raconteur who will premier musical treat about the lives and music of Aaron Copland and George Gershwin that is sure to delight attendees.

Greenberg's presentation will show how these two American-born Jewish composers, drawing on their Jewish roots, combined their own work with African-American and other indigenous American sounds to create the first truly “American concert music.”

The evening will also feature a special performance by Sinai Temple’s own cantor, Marcus Feldman.

This night of performance, storytelling and teaching, is sure to educate and inspire.
