Charles Tseng, MD, UCLA plastic and reconstructive surgeon, will discuss the range of reconstructive options from implants to "flap" techniques available to women who have undergone mastectomy or lumpectomy on Tuesday, February 26, 2013 7:00pm - 8:30 pm.
