The Lawyers of Segal, Cohen and Landis
At any one time, there are millions of Americans burdened by a tax lien. Really.
If you’re one of them, there are a lot of opportunists who will pray upon your tax angst for their own benefit. Be afraid; of the IRS and these folks. The too-good-to-be-true deal promises that are often made are in fact rip offs that will not deliver any tax relief and only further endanger your finances. But, there is one good apple amongst the IRS resolution bunch – a free, online solution,
www.IRSExpress.com.The Law Offices of Segal, Cohen & Landis LLP’s free website,
www.IRSExpress.com, enables those with tax woes -- tax liens, and other tax debts -- to prepare their own offers in compromise or installment agreements. Through a series of detailed, explanatory videos accompanied by all of the appropriate forms, users are guided through, step-by-step, process at the end of which they will have the necessary document – and even the address to which it should be sent.
“There may not be such a thing as a free lunch, but this free service is for real,” quips Segal, Cohen & Landis LLP’s Managing Partner, Samuel Landis. “We want to help the engines of business keep rolling and hope that our site can facilitate a way for people to pay the IRS their due and move on with their lives. And, if your issue is more complicated, and you need a tax attorney, we hope that you’ll call Segal, Cohen & Landis. We see it as a win-win and hope that consumers will too.”
Sure, the lawyers would love your business – they’re upfront and ask visitors to call their offices if the tax lien is for more than $10,000.00 – but they have enough business and the desire to actually help humanity (and faith in their abilities, clearly) that they are offering a valuable, free service for those with tax problems.

Admin: I am sorry that you had an unpleasant experience with Segal, Cohen and Landis.
I am unable to find any other complaints against the firm which has represented some 10,000 plus clients and stand by the story.
Law firms cannot guarantee positive outcomes for their clients regardless if their efforts are Herculean or negligent. I am sorry that your case did not produce your desired result. Due to attorney-client privacy the law firm is not allowed to present their side to Westside Today and so independent verification or repudiation of the charges is impossible.
Further, after a Google search, it appears that you have spent a lot of time seeking to disparage the law firm as a fellow human being, I am sorry that negativity is such a big part of your life.
Further, it appears that you have interacted with many lawyers -- are you the same Zdenek Phillip Hodousek who won unspecified damages against an Orange County Claim Jumper for a condom in your soup?
Regardless, I hope that you will find peace with your past IRS and troubles and that your future holds all good things.

Sara Fred USA | 4:12am on Wednesday, February 22nd, 2012 | I cannot emphasize adequately enough just how vital it is that Americans seriously considering hiring a tax relief company do their own homework first off. Many corporations are actually closing right now and men and women are getting abandoned. You shouldn't be one! JK Harris, Roni Deutsch, and Tax Masters get hold of most of these individuals because they carry on popping up on TV, and then they deceive these folks! doesn't let any and all firms like that escape with doing it. Drop by and also seek information in order that you don't end up being just another sorry victim.
Admin: Sara makes a good point.
In May, Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott sued Tax Masters and five months later in In December 2010 the Minnesota Attorney General, Lori Swanson, sued them. Then CA Attorney General Jerry Brown and his team eventually forced Roni Deutch out of the profession. Segal, Cohen and Landis may have a few unhappy clients but they have never been the subject of a governmental investigation or lawsuit.
