Since my 'Olivia’s Adventures' videos on YouTube.com have been so successful, I decided it was time to have my own column. Uncle Jeff Hall agreed and now each issue I’ll be here in Westside Today!
My name is Olivia and I am a Maltese. I live with my person, Mary Ruth, who comes to 'MR' when I call her. She takes me everywhere and I have a blast roaming around Los Angeles and points beyond.
Usually I have to hide in MR’s special dog bag, which is comfortable but, a total drag. Recently I’ve noticed that people are starting to relax about the 'dog thing' and I’m becoming more welcome to visit their stores, hotels, restaurants and airplanes. Perhaps the 43 billion dollars a year spent on my pet friends is starting to be appreciated?

meranian had been left in the car while his person ran inside for a coffee. The problem was that it was 97o outside which meant about 500o inside. Hello? I stayed there until the Pom’s person came out and I barked at her. Next time I’m calling the K9 Unit.
NEW STUFF
I just heard about a Honda automobile that has special dog friendly interior stuff. I’m going to investigate it and I’ll let you know how it works.
