Busy Actor Bryce Johnson to Star in Two Films This Month

Amongst His Busy Schedule, Bryce Makes Time to Spend With His 6 Month Old Daughter

BRYCE JOHNSON will be starring in two independent films being released back to back this September, 2009. On September 18th, Bryce appears as 'Rick' in TRUCKER, also starring Michelle Monaghan, Benjamin Bratt and Nathan Fillion. The following Friday, September 25th Johnson stars in THE BLUE TOOTH VIRGIN (screener available upon request), winner of SPECIAL JURY PRIZE at the Seattle Film Festival. Bryce plays 'David' an aspiring writer in the film also starring Austin Peck, Karen Black and Roma Maffia.

Bryce just completed the role of 'Chad' in the upcoming dark comedy, HIT LIST. Bryce is best known for his lead role in the 2006 Sundance Film Festival film, SLEEPING DOGS LIE' a dark romantic comedy about past indiscretions that sparked a bidding war in Park City which was acquired by Samuel Goldwyn Films. His other film credits include BRING IT ON AGAIN, CHASING PAPI, THE SKULLS III, MAJOR MOVIE STAR, and a leading role in HARRY + MAX, playing the role of 'Harry'..

The attractive and charismatic Johnson is also credited with an array of television roles including the series regular role of 'Josh Ford' on WB's 'Popular' for 2 seasons. He was also a series regular on the short lived FOX Series 'Still Life.' He has also appeared on 'Mentalist,' 'House' and 'Nip/Tuck' among many other series.

Bryce's talents reach beyond the camera and onto the stage as he made his debut in 2004, starring as young major league catcher 'Jason Chenier' in the Los Angeles production of Richard Greenberg's Tony Award-winning play, 'Take Me Out,' which premiered at the Geffen.

Raised in Denver, Colorado, Bryce was captain of his high school's golf and soccer teams as well as senior class president. After graduation and a brief move with his mother to Sioux City, Iowa, After discovering his passion for acting, Bryce packed up his belongings, filled his tank with gas and headed for Los Angeles. Bryce currently resides in Hollywood with his wife and new 6 month old daughter. When not working, he spends his time with his family and playing his favorite sports - golf, beach volleyball, and football.
