AT&T may lose iPhone customers
Unreal!
By Karl Susman | December 11, 2009
Ok, so it is no secret at this point, that the only people who are
switching TO AT&T, are people who want the iPhone. Not
all, ok, fine, only 40%! This is the future, Smartphones that require a lot of
bandwidth. AT&T is the clear leader with their iPhone exclusivity. Mind
you, that exclusivity
won’t last forever. Anyways, you get the idea. So what is
the one thing you would think AT&T would NOT do? I would think the last
thing they would want to do, is upset that new flow of customers coming to them
for the iPhone. You know, that 40% of their new business. You won’t believe
this. AT&T in its infinite wisdom, may have decided it may, just may, start
charging
MORE for their service from their iPhone customers! What a great idea!
Take your fastest growing client base and smack them upside the head! If this
happens, I tell you, we’re going to see a whole slew of Class Action lawsuits
against AT&T. Now that I think about it, how CAN they do that? Everyone
entered into a
“contract” with AT&T when they got their device, didn’t
they?

Once original contracts expire, the'll start edging up rates until they get a balance of income vs reduced capacity. They can make more money by having LESS fat pigs than lotsa skinny on... read more » |

Rasco24 Idaho | 7:58pm on Friday, December 11th, 2009 | Come on AT&T. What is your problem? If you raise my bill I will pay to end my contract and move to Verizon and get the droid, it's that simple. Your a huge company, so dish out some cash (or should I say your customers cash) and fix the problem. |
Kappa BFE | 5:15pm on Friday, December 11th, 2009 | Yea, i would just love to see them raise the prices for contract plans for iphones. I would gladly cancel my contract, and go else where. Although i must say over all AT&T have been one of the best phone carriers that I have ever been with |
