Brentwood resident Colin Shepherd has been awarded the Spirit of Chrysalis Award for 2008. Shepherd has served as board member, volunteer and Chairman of the Board at Chrysalis. Shepherd is senior vice president at Hines, supervising all phases of management leasing, acquisition, and development of commercial real estate valued at more than $4 billion in Los Angeles, Portland, Seattle, Las Vegas and Salt Lake City. He is currently involved in the first LEED pre-certified office building on the West Coast, the 20-story Tower 33 in Bellevue, WA.
