Mimi Page has been writing music since she was five years old. The pretty, ebullient, self-taught piano girl hails from a family of classical trained musicians and has a gift for arranging and writing and also producing.

“I taught myself how to sing, but I became obsessed with engineering and mixing and mastering and film scoring so I went to a music academy and learned how to produce myself.”

In fact, every recording you hear on her EP “A Lullaby For The Lonely,” including the track, “This Fire,” from her upcoming album "Breathe Me In" ~ which went viral and debuted on MTV’s “The Real World” and subsequently placed number 11 on iTunes worldwide for “Best Electronic Single” ~ has been produced and engineered in Page’s own apartment.

Her original song “New,” garnered the at

tention of Jefferson Starship’s management who heard the song on Sirius/XM Chill Radio and invited her to open for the iconic band on their 40th Anniversary Tour at Open Borders in Thousand Oaks.

“It was surreal to me to be asked to open for them, I mean, I’m just this girl who writes songs in her apartment who just happened to get on the radio and I get this call from [Jefferson Starship’s] manager who tells me, “I specifically played your music for them and they want you to open for them,” and I was just honored and thrilled and taken aback.”

The modest Page, widely received by the electronic music community, is in demand. She was recently asked to lend her unique vocal talents to the beat-driven, hypnotic electronic group Shotgun Radio’s “A Bad Place” for their upcoming album “The Vacant

Nation.” She has also collaborated and performed with some of the top rising producers of the Electronic Bass Music community including Headtron Agency's artists Goldrush and Gladkill, Elfkowitz and ill-Gates.

Though technically considered down-tempo, electronic, dream-pop, Page’s personal taste and range in music is incredibly eclectic—she also covers Joy Division and Chris Issak—but it is her ethereal voice, melodic orchestral arrangements and thought provoking lyrics that will leave you jonesin’ for more.

So get ready for the ultimate trip down memory lane with Paul Kantner’s iconic sixties band Jefferson Starship and extra special treat, Mimi Page.
