Saint Sebastian School believes that traditional classroom instruction is enriched though technology, and their expanded tech offerings include flat-screen computers, smart boards, up-to-date software, and Internet access, along with their iPad 2 program. Through aggressive fundraising efforts that began last year, St. Sebastian has reached its initial goal of having an iPad 2 for every student in grades 5 - 8, and they currently have 6 iPad 2s per classroom in grades K-4. They continue to work toward the final goal of an iPad 2 for every single student in grades K - 8.
The faculty and staff at St. Sebastian integrate technology into the curriculum to help students develop the skills necessary to meet the challenges of the modern world.
Student engagement is high because students are actively involved in the learning process.
Small school, big dreams, great technology.
