Open Neighborhoods will host two public events Sunday, January 20th, to present information about an ambitious new Los Angeles DWP solar purchase program for commercial rooftops and parking lots.
The events will include opportunities for the public to learn about utility rebates, neighborhood programs, financing options and other incentives for rooftop solar installations.
