On the Summer Solstice, the daily path of the Sun follows the longest and highest arc across the sky all year, making it the longest day of the year and one of the absolute best times to use the science of Naam Yoga, with its harmony of movement and sound to tap into the powerful energy, that the Sun is pouring onto the Earth, in order to organize, synchronize, coordinate and redirect our inner forces toward self-healing.
