Starting April 6 the U.S. Census Bureau will be in the West Los Angeles area updating there info regarding home addresses in the area. You may see the personal walking the street with a handheld computer looking at street addresses. They will have an ID around there neck and will be carrying a black bag. I've been informed that it is a long process and they could be in the area for many months, so if you see one of these people walking the streets you'll know what's going on.
