Navy Nerds Win AYSO U-14 Championship Sunday December 11, 2011

The Navy Nerds defeated the Purple Panthers by a final score of 2-0 in Sunday’s Girls’ U-14 championship match at Palisades High School. Addy Atwill and Sarah Bonder scored.
It was the fifth straight shut out match for tandem goalkeepers Becky Sunkin and Eliza Beglari, and an exceptional defense lead by Katie Barnes. The team is coached by Palisades resident Molly Milligan.
