Nourmand and Associates Launches Book and New Office

Myra Nourmand, known as the First Lady of Real Estate in Beverly Hills, has published her secrets to success. Nourmand launched her debut read at Martin Katz, Ltd., a posh Beverly Hills jeweler (and a fitting entrée) in Beverly Hills on April 12. The book, which is aptly titled From Homemaker to Breadwinner, How to Make it Big in Real Estate Sales, is both a memoir and a guide. Her homespun tales of learning how to be successful in sales are heartwarming and engaging, and any novice will benefit from her lessons. Nourmand and Associates is also busy opening a third office. In addition to the two in Brentwood and Beverly Hills, the third office is located in the historic Hollywood Health Club building at 6525 Sunset Blvd. Nourmand’s son, Michael, the company’s new president, will head up the office.
