Charles Alexander, Ph.D. of UCLA
At UCLA, Charles’ Academic Advancement Program (AAP) supports students from educationally disadvantaged backgrounds, including first-generation college students and students from low-income families and underrepresented populations. Ultimately, the students helped by Charles go on to help improve health care in California’s underserved communities by filling shortages and diversifying the workforce.
