This UCLArts and Healing workshop uses structured writing and therapist-led group counsel as a vehicle for discarding self-sabotaging behaviors and self-defeating coping methods rooted in the past.


The all day workshop will take place on February 4, 2012 10:00am to 4:00pm at YWCA Santa Monica/Westside, 2019 14th Street in Santa Monica.
