Pacific Military Bases Welcome Tinseltown to Celebrate the 4th of July
Armed Forces Entertainment will send four celebrities to remote military bases in July to celebrate Independence Day.

Wanda N. Col�n, host and designer on the popular TLC program �Home Made Simple� will bring a bit of glitz and home to military men and women serving on bases in Hawaii, Kwajalein, Guam and Okinawa.
Col�n will be joined on the tour by star couple Tim Reid ("WKRP in Cincinnati" and Daphne Maxwell Reid ("The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air").
�My brother was a Marine, he went into the service when I was very young,� explains Col�n. �I know, as a family member, what its like to have this person that you love be there for you one day and then the next he�s gone. My brother and I are very close, so I wanted to give my time to honor my brother and show our troops that the people of America support and appreciate them and that we realize how hard it is to be away from home.�
