The 18th annual PALloween provided a safe and supervised place for hundreds of young people, ages 6 through 17.
The PALloween celebration featured a costume contest, judged by Santa Monica’s own Chief of Police Tim Jackman and Fire Chief Jim Hone, nine trick or treat lanes; game booths; tot area; and a haunted fun house, all within a safe and secure environment, worry-free for parents and frightfully fun-filled for children.
