VA Debate Heats Up
In recent weeks, the VA issued a draft master plan spelling out its vision for use of the VA campus over the next 25 to 50 years. Homeowner groups, advocates for disabled and homeless veterans, a charitable wing of the Annenberg Foundation and the ACLU have now all jumped into the mix.
