StarPoint Launches New Business Division
Aden Kun, StarPoint’s director of business development, is tapped to lead new group

StarPoint Properties is pleased to announce the formation of the company’s new StarPoint Asset Solutions division, which focuses on helping banks and lending institutions increase value on their existing portfolio of non-performing loans and real estate owned assets. These solutions are highlighted on their new website at
“StarPoint Asset Solutions provides a one-stop shop for capital, management expertise and hands-on property management,” said Paul Daneshrad, CEO of StarPoint Asset Solutions. “We want to provide our skill in turning around assets and have complete alignment with our institutional partners with our own capital investment.”
StarPoint Assets is targeting opportunities in the multi-family, retail and office space where it and its affiliated companies currently owns and manages an existing 6 million square feet portfolio.
This new division will be spearheaded by Aden Kun who serves as its director of business development. Kun notes: “We are providing our institutional partners an alternative to fire-selling notes and real estate in a capital constrained environment by bringing capital to the table and experience to help stabilize and increase the value of our partner’s assets.”
