HGA Promotes Two Angelenos
HGA Architects and Engineers (HGA) has promoted two of its LA staffers.

• James Matson, AIA, is office director and project manager in the Los Angeles office. His award-winning projects include the recently completed Arts Village at Chaffey College and the Net Zero Energy Science Complex under construction at Los Angeles Harbor College.
• Brent Forslin, PE, directs HGA’s Structural Engineering department in Sacramento. He has more than 25 years structural experience on a variety of projects, including the Sutter Medical Center Santa Rosa replacement hospital under construction.
