Monica Sicile, who works at the Frame Store on San Vicente (between CVS and Falcon), is known for her hand-painted cards and bigger paintings. Born of French parents and being raised in New York, Monica brings color and pizzazz to Brentwood. Go see her stuff at Brew ‘n Bean Café, close to Daidone Salon (near Souplantation) until Dec. 31.
